The delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed by the President of the Academy Kunsulu Zakarya, visited the Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems and the Biopharmaceutical Plant «OtarBioPharm» on October 14, 2023.
During the visit, the delegation got acquainted with the history, activities and scientific achievements of the Institute, as well as received information about the purpose and composition of each biological preparation produced by the Institute. The delegation and the management of the Institute discussed the role of veterinary medicine in ensuring the biological safety of the country, noted topical issues, problematic issues and ways to solve them.
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain regular working contacts within the framework of joint discussion of issues on science.
