Specialist in the fields of biotechnology, microbiology, diagnostics of bacterial and viral infections, development of vaccines, antimicrobial drugs, and bacteriophages. Author of more than 170 scientific publications.
Awarded Certificates of Honor from the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013) and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017) for productive work in the fields of education and science. Awarded a medal for contribution to the development of the region by the Akim of the Zhambyl Region (2021).
In 2017, awarded the diploma “Leader of Science – 2017” by JSC “National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise” and Clarivate Analytics for Russia and the CIS.
Member of the National Scientific Council in the field of “Sustainable Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Safety of Agricultural Products” (since 2020).
Completed training courses in Washington (USA) in 2009; at the Medical University of Vienna (Vienna, Austria) in 2011; at Ulyanovsk State Agricultural Academy named after P.A. Research areas of the laboratory:
- Development of veterinary drugs (vaccines);
- Development of sanitizing agents and bacteriophages for veterinary medicine and the food industry;
- Preclinical studies of the efficacy and safety of antimicrobial drugs and vaccines against brucellosis;
- Epizootological monitoring of particularly dangerous diseases of bacterial etiology;
- Obtaining producer strains of antigens of pathogens causing bacterial infections in animals;
- Development and production of vaccines under government orders.
Innovative Developments of the Laboratory:
- Five sets of scientific and technical documentation for preventive and therapeutic preparations have been developed.
- Five patents have been obtained for methods of preparing vaccine and antimicrobial preparations.
- In collaboration with the staff of the OBC laboratory, two variants of an anti-tuberculosis vaccine for cattle have been designed.
- A technology for the production of the biopreparation “Polyphage” has been developed.
- A technology for the production of a phage preparation against ESKAPE pathogens has been developed.
- A technology for the production of the biopreparation “Streptophagum equi” has been developed.
- A technology for the production of a live dry vaccine against brucellosis in sheep and goats from the B. melitensis Rev-1 strain for conjunctival administration has been developed.
- An inactivated vaccine against epizootic lymphangitis of horses is being produced for distribution.
