Requirements for abstracts submission
- Title of the report (in capital letters),
- Information about the author(s): name and surname; place of work, city and country; e-mail of the speaker, surname of the speaker underlined.
The Abstract text. Recommended abstract preparation algorithm:
- Formulation of the problem.
- Materials and methods.
- Brief analysis and conclusions.
In the text of abstracts are NOT allowed: figures, tables, notes, headings within the text (names of subsections – introduction, methods, etc.), carrying over. References to grants are given in a separate paragraph at the end of the text.
Information is submitted in English in electronic form in Microsoft Word format. The volume of the abstract is 300-350 words (excluding the name of the abstract, authors and affiliation), A-4 format, Times New Roman font (size 12), line spacing is single, margins: left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm, top and bottom – 2 cm, paragraph indentation – 1.0 cm; orientation – portrait, without hyphenation.
The file format *.docx, the name to the file with abstracts for publication is given in Latin letters by the surname and initials of the first author
On a separate page, provide information about the authors of the abstract – full name, position, academic degree, academic title, name of the organization, address (city, country).
Responsibility for the reliability and scientific revision of the submitted materials lies with the authors.
Materials for publication should be submitted to the organizing committee of the conference no later than June 30, 2023 in electronic form with the note “Scientific and practical conference” at two e-mail addresses email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org with delivery notification.
Materials received after the deadline will not be included into proceedings.
