On November 29, a meeting was organized with students of Turar Ryskulov Secondary school in Alzhan Ana village of Kordai district, the purpose of which was to instill patriotic feelings to the younger generation and tell about historical events on the way to independence of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by veterans who took part in the December events: Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Zhumagali Koshemetov and chief inspector of the apparatus of the Zhambyl regional Maslikhat, deputy chairman of the regional public association “Zheltoksan Ushkiny” Zharylkasyn Uretayev.
During the meeting, the guests shared their memories of the December events, recalled the struggle of Kazakhstan for independence, the feat and heroism of the people of that time. They shared their experiences and called on young people to love and take responsibility for the country and the land.
Zhumagali Koshemetov presented his report and presentation, told the students about the difficulties and heroism on the way to independence. In turn, Zharylkasyn Uretayev shared his impressions of the December events, told that he studied with the heroine Lyazzat Asanova and the importance of the events of that time.
At the end of the event, the participants thanked the guests for the fact that the younger generation honors Independence and works tirelessly to realize the noble ideals that our ancestors so longed for.
We hope that such meetings aimed at realizing the value of Independence will continue in the future.
