Everyone finds in it the main direction for himself. The Letter to the people sets out a vision for the further development of the country and society, outlines the most important strategic tasks aimed at improving the quality of life of Kazakhstanis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">As noted in the discussion, 2020 was declared the \u201cYear of the Volunteer\u201d, which will allow \u201cto expand the participation of citizens, especially youth, students and students in volunteer activities, to instill in them the skills of an active life position\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">In conclusion, the RIBSP\u00a0 personnel supported the new initiatives and tasks that the Head of State outlined in his Letter and will create all the conditions for their successful implementation.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 4, 2019, collective of the Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems have discussed the Letter of the Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan.
